When you call, email, or submit a service request form we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address or job details, and a description of the job. We collect this only to quote and carry out locksmith work.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your request, dispatch a locksmith to the correct address, quote and invoice the work, and keep a record of jobs performed for warranty and insurance purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Sharing

We share information only where it is necessary to do the work or where the law requires it: for example with a payment processor to take a card payment, or with law enforcement in response to a valid legal request. Locksmith work is security-sensitive and we treat address and access details accordingly.

Identity verification records

Before opening any property we verify ownership or occupancy. We note that verification took place and what type of document was shown; we do not retain copies of your identification documents.

This website

The service request forms on this site open an email in your own mail application addressed to us — nothing is stored on this website. The site does not run advertising trackers.

Your choices
